CONTRACT COMPONENTS. The Contract, Attachments, Schedules, Appendices, Exhibits, and any amendments determine the work required of the contractor and the terms and conditions under which said work shall be performed. No other contract, oral or otherwise, regarding the subject matter of this contract shall be deemed to exist or to bind any of the parties or vary any of the terms contained in this contract.
