Condominium Association Clause Samples

The Condominium Association clause defines the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the governing body of a condominium property. It typically outlines requirements for compliance with association rules, payment of dues or assessments, and the process for obtaining necessary approvals for alterations or transfers. For example, a buyer may be required to review and accept the association’s bylaws, or a seller may need to provide documentation of paid assessments. This clause ensures that all parties are aware of and adhere to the condominium’s governance structure, thereby preventing disputes and facilitating smooth property transactions within the association’s framework.
