The Conduct and Appearance clause sets standards for the behavior and presentation of individuals involved in a contractual relationship, such as employees, contractors, or representatives. CONDUCT AND APPEARANCE. Students enrolled in the KFD-KISD Fire Academy will be neat and well-groomed in accordance with KISD policies and those of KFD to include facial hair, clothing, or jewelry that in the opinion of KFD instructor could pose a safety hazard. Students shall conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. If such conduct becomes disruptive to the class or unsafe, the student shall be asked to leave the program. This shall be performed according to KISD procedures. All students are required to sign a release of liability form prior to commencement of class. Grading will be in accordance with Killeen Fire Academy guidelines. Grades will be reported in accordance with KISD policy. All grades will be reported to KISD as required by district policy. Should any student enrolled in this program begin to fall below an acceptable passing grade level, the Executive Director for Career and Technology will be notified immediately in order to combine efforts focused on the success of each student enrolled in this program. The reimbursement cost of KFD-KISD Fire Academy for FFI will consist of 1-20 students for $34,000. Additional students will be admitted at a rate of $1,250 per student, per school year. There will be a maximum of 30 students to enter the program per school year.
CONDUCT AND APPEARANCE. Representatives are expected to have a professional appearance and provide suitable assistance to conference attendees to explain the product, services, and programs being offered by the exhibitor/sponsor. Representatives are to conduct themselves in a manner commensurate with acceptable public behavior. At the AOCA's discretion, any exhibitor or sponsor may be asked to leave the exhibit area or conference. Smoking is not allowed in conference business or social events or the exhibit area.

Just as with all other school sports, poor judgment that results in school disciplinary consequences may impact the level of participation of a cheer or pom member. Repeated squad violations and/or school violations of a serious nature will result in a period of extended benching from the squad as noted in the demerit system employed by each site. In some cases, suspension from the squad may be found to be appropriate.

Appearances by CONTRACTOR’s worker shall meet the guidelines set forth by SRJ. (i.e. No worn attire with offensive language or symbols).

  • Scope and Application This Appendix will apply to all work undertaken within the Employer’s Workshop(s) by employees mainly engaged at the Workshop.

  • Utilities and Appliances (1) The owner must provide all utilities needed to comply with the HQS. (2) The owner is not responsible for a breach of the HQS caused by the tenant’s failure to: (a) Pay for any utilities that are to be paid by the tenant. (b) Provide and maintain any appliances that are to be provided by the tenant.

  • Conduct of Mediation Sessions Mediation hearings will be conducted in an informal manner and discovery will not be allowed. The discussions, statements, writings and admissions will be confidential to the proceedings (pursuant to California Evidence Code sections 1115 through 1128) and will not be used for any other purpose unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing. The parties may agree to exchange any information they deem necessary. Both parties shall have a representative attend the mediation who is authorized to settle the dispute, though City's recommendation of settlement may be subject to the approval of the Mayor and City Council. Either party may have attorneys, witnesses or experts present.
