Common use of Conduct on Premises Clause in Contracts

Conduct on Premises. Tenant shall conduct itself and cause guests and other persons who are on the Premises with ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s consent to conduct themselves in a manner which will not disturb a neighbor’s peaceful enjoyment of their accommodations and will be conducive to maintaining the Premises in a decent, safe, and sanitary manner and shall refrain from illegal or other activity which impairs the physical or social environment of the Premises. Tenant shall not use or store on or near the Premises any flammable, toxic, hazardous or explosive substances. Tenant shall refrain from, and cause employees and guests to refrain from destroying, defacing, damaging, or removing any part of the Premises.
