Conducting Meetings. Conducting of Project Committee meetings and actions taken by the Project Committee may be taken by vote given in an assembled meeting, by telephone, by video conferencing, or by any combination thereof, to the extent permitted by law.

Such meetings shall in no way conflict with the work of District employees nor with school programs or activities.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible.
