Common use of Configuration Control Clause in Contracts

Configuration Control. Seller shall make no change in design, manufacturing or assembly processes or source of supply which would affect form, fit, function, weight or performance of the Goods ordered hereunder without the express, written approval of Perfekta. In the event the Seller proposes such a change, the Seller shall provide six (6) copies of the proposed revision and supporting data to the Perfekta for written approval. Should the Seller fail to obtain the Perfekta’s written approval prior to delivering the Goods, then Perfekta may reject the Goods and seek all applicable rights and remedies.
