Conformance Clause. Any provision of this Agreement in conflict with present or future governing authorities is hereby amended to conform to those author- ities and such amended provisions supersede any conflicting provisions in this Agreement. The governing authorities include, but are not limited to the author- ities listed in Article 11.E.
