Conformity to Law and Saving Clause. The District and OPEIU Local 32 may mutually agree to reopen this contract prior to its termination for the purpose of negotiating over all matters in the school budget for the successor agreement. In the event any provision or segment of a provision of this Agreement is or shall at any time be found to be contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction, only such provision shall be invalidated and all other provisions shall continue to remain in effect.
