Connected Load Clause Samples

The Connected Load clause defines the total electrical load that is linked to a particular system, facility, or piece of equipment. It typically specifies the maximum amount of electrical power that can be drawn by all devices connected to the system, often measured in kilowatts or amperes. For example, in a building lease or utility agreement, this clause may set a limit on the total power usage allowed for tenants. Its core practical function is to ensure that electrical infrastructure is not overloaded, thereby promoting safety and efficient energy management.
