Responsibilities at the power delivery point The Buyer is responsible for investing in and installing equipment for the transmission and delivery of power to the Buyer at the power delivery point. The Buyer is responsible for cooperating with the Seller in such installation tasks.

You must reimburse us for all reasonable costs incurred by us in relation to this request. 5.3 You must arrange (at your own cost) for the installation and maintenance of metering equipment for the Unit at the Premises that meets our and the Distributor’s reasonable requirements and the Energy Laws.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement.
