Common use of Connection Points Clause in Contracts

Connection Points. (a) The Customer will install a Connection Point for the purpose of metering the volume of treated water supplied, at each location as agreed between the parties in writing, generally in accordance with the locations specified in SCHEDULE 2.‌‌ (b) The Customer may request CWW to install Further Connection Points. CWW in its absolute discretion may agree, subject to such conditions as it may specify, or decline, to install any Further Connection Point. (c) The Customer must promptly reimburse CWW for any reasonable costs incurred by CWW in installing a Further Connection Point.‌ (d) Nothing in this Agreement prevents or restricts CWW from installing or connecting Third- Party Connection Points (at CWW’s cost) to the Project Infrastructure for the purpose of supplying surplus harvested water to third-party sites. The Customer must cooperate with any reasonable request from CWW to install or connect a Third-Party Connection Point and the Customer must not unreasonably deny or prevent access to harvested water for these third-party sites. (e) The parties acknowledge that clause 4.3(d) does not reduce or affect the Customer’s right to access water harvested and supplied in accordance with this Agreement.
