Connection Through STP. Nextel must arrange for interconnection with the GTE STP(s) serving the LATA in which the traffic exchange trunk groups are interconnected. Additionally, all interconnection to GTE's 800/888 database and GTE's LIDB shall take place only through appropriate STP pairs.
