Consideration of Applicants. The hiring committee shall determine which employees will be granted an interview. All hiring committees for vacancies in classifications covered by this Agreement shall include at least one employee who will be appointed by ECCE within five (5) work days of notification from the committee chair.
Consideration of Applicants. For the initial occupancy of the Rental Affordable Units, Developer shall select Qualified Tenants through a lottery system or other system as otherwise approved by the Agency as shall be further provided in the Affordable Unit Marketing Plan. Following the initial occupancy of the Affordable Units, Developer shall consider each applicant in the order in which received by Developer, whether received pursuant to the Affordable Unit Marketing Plan or referred pursuant to Section 4.3.1.

Consideration of Applicants. All applications for a place at the College are considered on their merits in the context of the specific and general guidance set out in the relevant Course literature. The requirements stated in the Course materials may be updated without notice to Prospective Students where it is reasonably considered by the College to assist in the proper delivery of education. The College reserves the right to introduce changes during the Academic Year when it reasonably considers it to be in the interests of Students or it is required by law or by the College’s Accrediting Bodies. The College is not obliged to provide reasons for its decisions in relation to applications.
Consideration of Applicants. The Employer recognizes that hiring from within the bargaining unit contributes to positive motivation on the part of all members of the bargaining unit and shall make this a serious consideration in the filling of open positions. Internal bargaining unit applicants will be given first consideration for vacancies within the bargaining unit. Applicants from outside the bargaining unit may be considered for vacancies after due consideration for bargaining unit members. It shall be the responsibility of all applicants to demonstrate their qualifications, skills, abilities, and knowledge for the vacant position and to submit any information they desire to be considered by the Employer. In the event a bargaining unit member has submitted an application for a posting, that application shall remain on file for a period of at least six (6) months. Secretary of State bargaining unit members may submit a memo or letter of interest for consideration of subsequent postings during the six (6) month period. Any subsequent applications submitted during the six (6) month period will supersede previous applications and dates. An employee shall not be eligible to apply for a vacancy until they have served the probationary period in their current position.

Following the initial occupancy of the Workforce Housing Units, the Developer shall consider each applicant in the order in which the application is received by the Developer.
Consideration of Applicants. The Developer shall consider the rental applications of prospective tenants from the ▇▇▇ Arbor Affordable Housing Waitlist in the order of the Waitlist as determined by the City for each Unit Type prior to seeking qualified candidates from other sources. If the ▇▇▇ Arbor Affordable Housing Waitlist does not have prospective tenants for a Unit Type, the Developer may seek tenants on its own, or obtain referrals of prospective tenants for the Affordable Dwelling Units from federal, state, or local government agencies or nonprofits, provided such referrals comply with the requirements of this Agreement. Rental applications received that are not from the ▇▇▇ Arbor Affordable Housing Waitlist shall be considered by the Developer in the order in which the application is received. In all cases, before a prospective tenant leases an Affordable Dwelling Unit, they must be certified as a Qualified Tenant by the City.
Consideration of Applicants. City shall utilize the ▇▇▇ Arbor Affordable Housing Waitlist and review prospective tenants from the ▇▇▇ Arbor Affordable Housing Waitlist in the order of the Waitlist as determined by the City Council prior to seeking qualified candidates from other sources. Applicants will be screened for income eligibility and then referred to the Developer to apply for the Affordable Dwelling Unit. If the ▇▇▇ Arbor Affordable Housing Waitlist does not have prospective tenants the Developer may seek tenants on its own, or obtain referrals of prospective tenants for the Affordable Dwelling Units from federal, state, or local government agencies or nonprofits, provided such referrals comply with the requirements of this Agreement. Consideration of Applicants. 16.3.3.1 Selection shall be made, on such factors as skills, knowledge, professional qualifications, education, and training. Final decision on selection to fill vacancies shall be made by the district.
