In Alabama, North Carolina, and Tennessee, BellSouth will complete construction for collocation arrangements within a maximum of 90 calendar days from receipt of an Application or as agreed to by the Parties. Under extraordinary conditions, BellSouth may elect to renegotiate an alternative provisioning interval with NOS Communications, Inc. or seek a waiver from this interval from the Commission.
