Acceptance Walk Through Sample Clauses
The Acceptance Walk Through clause establishes a formal process for reviewing and verifying that delivered goods or services meet the agreed-upon specifications before final acceptance. Typically, this involves a joint inspection or demonstration by both parties, during which the client assesses whether all contractual requirements have been fulfilled and may identify any deficiencies that need correction. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, documented opportunity to confirm satisfactory completion, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring quality standards are met before final payment or project closure.
Acceptance Walk Through. ALEC Inc., will schedule and complete an acceptance walk through of each Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) days of BellSouth’s notifying ALEC Inc., that the collocation space is ready for occupancy. BellSouth will correct any deviations to ALEC Inc.,’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walk through, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.
Acceptance Walk Through. WebShoppe will schedule and complete an acceptance walkthrough of each Collocation Space with BellSouth within fifteen (15) days of BellSouth’s notifying WebShoppe that the collocation space is ready for occupancy. In the event that WebShoppe fails to complete an acceptance walkthrough within this fifteen (15) day interval, the Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by WebShoppe. BellSouth will correct any deviations to WebShoppe’s original or jointly amended requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walk through, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.

BellSouth will correct any deviations to ITC/\DeltaCom's original or jointly amended requirements within five (5) business days after the walk through, unless the Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.
