Construction Start Clause Samples

The Construction Start clause defines the specific conditions or date when construction work on a project is authorized to begin. Typically, this clause outlines prerequisites such as obtaining necessary permits, approvals, or the completion of pre-construction activities before any physical work commences. By clearly establishing when construction can start, the clause helps coordinate project timelines, ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and prevents disputes over premature or unauthorized work.
