Extended Period. When the borrower of general circulating capital loan can not repay the loan in accordance with the agreed repayment date, the borrower can apply extended period to the lender. The borrower should submit an application of extended period to the lender in advance of 15 days before the due date of the loan. Upon the agreement of the lender, the lender can sign an agreement of extended period with the borrower.

If Item 7 sets out a Site, the Supplier must supply the Services at that Site. Requirements for supply of Services The Supplier must ensure that it supplies all Services: in a professional and diligent manner; in such a way as to achieve any objectives and outcomes set out in the Specifications; in accordance with, and so as to meet, any dates or other milestones set out in the Specifications; in a manner that causes as little disruption as possible to QIMR Berghofer’s activities; in compliance with all Laws; and in such a way as not to cause QIMR Berghofer to be in breach of any Laws. QIMR Berghofer may require re-performance of Services If the Supplier fails to supply any Services in accordance with this Agreement, including the requirements in this clause 3, without limiting any other rights QIMR Berghofer may have; QIMR Berghofer may give the Supplier notice requiring the Supplier to promptly re-perform the Services; and if QIMR Berghofer gives the Supplier a notice under clause 4.3(a)(1), the Supplier must promptly re-perform those Services in accordance with this Agreement and at the Supplier’s own cost.   • Hire Period 5.1 Where hire of the Hire Goods is to a Customer who is an individual (whether a consumer or otherwise) or relevant recipient of credit as defined under Article 60L of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 e.g. (a). a partnership consisting of two or three persons not all of whom are bodies corporate, or (b) an unincorporated body of persons which does not consist entirely of bodies corporate and is not a partnership(‘Relevant Individual’), the Hire Period shall commence on the date [specified out in writing by the Supplier] (‘Hire Start Date’) and shall end on the earlier of (i) [the date specified in the Commercial Terms Schedule]; or (ii) the last day of the 3 month period commencing on the Hire Start Date (‘Option 1 Hire End Date’).
