CONTEXT OF THIS AGREEMENT. (a) CSIRO’s mission is to deliver great science and innovative solutions for industry, society and the environment. This Agreement supports CSIRO’s core purpose, role and Strategic Plan.
(b) CSIRO’s continued success is dependent on its people and its ability to provide an environment in which their creativity and innovation can flourish. (c) This Agreement provides the cultural and operational foundation needed to achieve CSIRO’s strategic goals.
(d) Consistent with CSIRO’s Code of Conduct, all officers are expected to perform their duties with professionalism and integrity and behave at all times in a manner that upholds CSIRO’s values and reputation. This includes compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and with CSIRO policies, standards and procedures.
CONTEXT OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement is made between WA Primary Health Alliance Ltd (WAPHA) and the Contractor for the performance of each Activity specified in the Activity Schedule. There may be multiple Activity Schedules which may each contain one or more Activities for which Fees are provided under this Agreement.

1.1.2 This Agreement consists of:
a. the Covering Letter;
b. these Terms and Conditions;
c. the Schedule, including any Supplementary Conditions specified in Annexure A to the Schedule; and
d. any documents incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions or the Schedule.
1.1.3 Provisions regarding the interpretation of this Agreement are contained in clause 11 [Interpretation].
1.1.4 In this Agreement, certain words and phrases have defined meanings. They are indicated by initial capital letters (for example, ‘Activity’).
1.1.5 Where a defined word or phrase is used only in one clause of these Terms and Conditions or only in a Supplementary Condition, it is usually defined in that clause or Supplementary Condition. All other definitions used in these Terms and Conditions are set out in clause 11.4 [Definitions] of these Terms and Conditions.

7.3 AIMS and its Staff agree that nominated Team Leaders/Service Group Managers/Supervisors carry a major responsibility for effective people management at AIMS.
7.4 AIMS and its Staff agree that Staff Members have a responsibility for self-management, understand the consequences of their Actions, appreciate their effective contribution to performance and the importance of operating as a team.
7.5 Workplace health and safety will be paramount to the operations and activities of AIMS whilst maintaining low environmental impact and planning continuous improvement initiatives.
