Common use of Continuation of Term Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Term. If at the expiration of the Primary Term Oil or Gas in paying quantities is not being produced from the Premises, this Contract shall terminate. For purposes of this Contract, if no production from the Premises is marketed during any three (3) consecutive months, and no operations under this Article 6 are continuing, it will be presumed that production from the Premises has ceased.

Continuation of Term. For purposes of this ContractLease, if no production from the Premises is not marketed during any three six (36) consecutive months, and no operations under this Article 6 7 are continuingcontinued, it will be presumed that production from the Premises has will be deemed to have ceased.
