Meters and Meter Reading. The Concessionaire shall establish a fixed area network-based data collection and install the automatic data collection gateways and access points at appropriate locations established through a RF study of the project area and ensure automatic meter reading. The Concessionaire 's personnel shall read the bulk water supply meter and the end use meters on a periodic basis, for the meter data which is not captured through automatic data collection system. The Concessionaire shall enter the meter readings into hand‐held data entry machine (ITRON or PSION or similar) provided by him. The individual readings shall be downloaded at a central terminal at regular intervals to create a billing schedule. All bills shall have digital photographs of meter reading printed on the consumer bill. The Concessionaire shall: i) Read all Customer Meters in accordance with the general instructions of the Authority; ii) Register all Customer Revenue Meters readings in the appropriate computer data base; iii) Develop a monitoring program of random spot‐checks to ensure the accuracy of the ‐meter calibration and the meter reading process and provide written reports to the Authority on the results of the monitoring programme; iv) Develop and implement a plan the intent of which is to ensure that: • All Customer Meters are accurate; • All Customer Meters are read; • All Customer Meters are in suitable locations; • Problems related to unprotected and unsealed Customer Meters are resolved; v) Provide advice as to methods to improve the meter reading process to ensure greater accuracy; vi) Convert all Customer Meters readings to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to Customers; vii) Identify Customer Meters which have not been read; and viii) Respond to reports of malfunctioning Customer Meters from Customers.
Meters and Meter Reading. As of the Effective Date, meters at the Points of Delivery are provided for under the Power and Transmission Agreements. Unless provided by Bonneville pursuant to the Power and Transmission Agreements or any subsequent agreement between Bonneville and Cheney, Avista and/or Cheney shall own and maintain all meters, including meters for Generating Projects, used to determine any billing associated with this Agreement, a service agreement under the Tariff providing for the delivery of electric power to the Point(s) of Delivery, or any other agreement between the Parties. Meters at the Point(s) of Delivery and Generating Project(s) shall be read pursuant to the Meter Reading and Meter Test Procedures outlined in Exhibit B.
Meters and Meter Reading. 1. Meters shall be Meter Reading instrument (MRI) compliant or AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) or AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) compliant for recording meter readings. 2. All the meters shall adhere to the standards as specified in CEA (Installation and Operation of meters) Regulations 2006 and (Installation and Operation of meters) Regulations, 2010 as amended from time to time. 3. The Net Meter shall be, as per single phase or three phase requirement. All the meters to be installed for net metering shall be of the same or better Accuracy Class Index than the existing meter installed at Consumer Premises. 4. The Renewable Energy Meter and the Net Meter at the premises of the consumer shall be procured and installed by TPDDL as per the provisions of DERC (Supply Code and Performance Standards) Regulations 2007. However, if the consumer of the premises wishes to procure the Net Meter, he may procure such meter and present the same to the TPDDL for testing and installation. 5. All meters, including the Renewable Energy Meter shall be installed at an accessible location of the Premises to facilitate easy access for meter reading to TPDDL. 6. Cost of the Net Meter, which is capable of recording both import and export of electricity, shall mean the differential cost between existing consumer meter, if removed and such a new Net Meter is installed to be borne by the consumer. 7. In case net metering is done with the help of two unidirectional meters, the cost of additional meter, other than the existing consumer meter shall be borne by the consumer. 8. The charges for the testing and installation of the Net Meters shall be borne by the consumer of the premises and for the Solar Energy Meter shall be borne by TPDDL. This will be required to be done as per frequency prescribed by the Commission or as per requirement of TPDDL. 9. The Net Meters to be installed for the consumers of the premises under the ambit of time of day tariff shall be time of day (▇▇▇) compliant. 10. Any dispute regarding the theft of electricity and tampering of meter(s) shall be settled as per the relevant provisions of the Electricity ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and the DERC Supply Code and Performance Standards Regulations, 2007, as amended from time to time.
Meters and Meter Reading. The electric energy to be delivered under this Agreement shall be X measured by a meter or meters ("Meter") selected, provided, and installed by SPS. Each Meter shall be tested and calibrated by SPS in accordance with its normal practices and as required under the applicable SPS tariff and/or rules and regulations on file with any regulatory body having jurisdiction (individually referred to herein as “SPS Tariff” or “SPS rules and regulations” or collectively referred to as the “SPS Tariff and/or rules and regulations”). X If SPS determines that a Meter is incorrect or inaccurate, SPS shall either restore that Meter to an accurate condition or install a new Meter. Customer shall have the right at any time to request SPS to test a Meter. If a Meter test made by SPS at Customer's request discloses that the Meter is registering within the accuracy standards established by the X American National Standards Institute, Inc. ("ANSI Standards"), Customer shall bear the expense of the test. The X expense of all other tests shall be borne by SPS. For any period that a Meter fails to register, for billing purposes, it shall be assumed that consumption during that period was the same as consumption for a like period of like operation (to be agreed upon by the Parties), during which the Meter was in service and operating. SPS shall cause the Meter to be read in accordance with all applicable rules of any regulatory body having jurisdiction and at intervals approximately thirty (30) days apart.
Meters and Meter Reading. 9.1 You must notify SP PowerAssets and Us immediately upon discovering that your Meter Installation has been damaged or tampered with. In the event metering data is not available or in the circumstances permitted under the Metering Code, We reserve the right to estimate the amount of electricity usage during the relevant period. 9.2 The Meter Installation shall be read at our scheduled frequency on Business Days and We reserve the right to change such frequency from time to time and to make unscheduled readings in the circumstances permitted under the Metering Code. There shall be a charge per additional instance of meter reading requested by you. 9.3 If you are not using Advanced Metering Infrastructure (“AMI”) meters and wish to temporarily cease the supply of electricity under this Agreement for any period of time for whatever reason, which cessation does not involve the services of SP PowerAssets, please inform Us with at least 2 Business Days’ notice, failing which you may be liable for estimated consumption during such periods of absent meter recording. If the cessation requires the involvement of SP PowerAssets, you or your Retailer on your behalf shall first make an application to SP PowerAssets for such cessation. After the confirmation and acceptance of your application by SP PowerAssets, We shall on your behalf submit a request for the temporary disconnection in accordance with the Market Support Services Code. If you are using AMI meters and wish to temporarily cease the supply of electricity under this Agreement for any period of time for whatever reason, whether or not such cessation involves the services of SP PowerAssets, please inform Us with at least seven business days’ notice, failing which you may be liable for estimated consumption during such periods of absent meter recording. This is not applicable to residential consumers. 9.4 If you are not using AMI meters, you are required to have a functioning telephone line for the purpose of reading the meters remotely and you shall be responsible for maintaining the telephone line at your own cost. Such telephone line may, at your discretion, be an existing line or a new line. The telephone line may be shared for other usage but must be available for Us to read the meters remotely without interference. 9.5 You are required to provide access and permission for the carrying out of installation of communications equipment to enable the AMI meters to communicate effectively.   • Meter Reading At least once each Billing Period, the Servicer shall obtain usage measurements from the Applicable MDMA for each Consumer; provided, however, that the Servicer may estimate any Consumer’s usage determined in accordance with applicable CPUC Regulations and Servicer Policies and Practices; and, provided, further, that the Servicer may obtain usage measurements from the Applicable ESP for Consumers receiving services from such ESP if the respective ESP Service Agreement so provides.

  • Meters 7.1.1 For installation of Meters, Meter testing, Meter calibration and Meter reading and all matters incidental thereto, the SPD and SECI shall follow and be bound by the Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006, the Grid Code, as amended and revised from time to time. 7.1.2 The SPD shall bear all costs pertaining to installation, testing, calibration, maintenance, renewal and repair of meters at SPD’s side of Delivery Point. 7.1.3 In addition to ensuring compliance of the applicable codes, the SPD shall install Main & Check meters at the Delivery Point, along with Stand-by meter(s) as per the applicable Central/State regulations. 7.1.4 In case of pooling of multiple Projects, power from multiple Projects can be pooled at a Pooling Substation prior to the Delivery point and the combined power can be fed at Delivery point through a common transmission line from the Pooling Substation. In such cases, ABT compliant sub-meters as per relevant regulation/approval are also to be set up at pooling substation for individual projects in addition to the meters at Delivery Point as described in clause 7.1.3.
