Monitoring program definition

Monitoring program means a program within an approved natural community conservation plan that provides periodic evaluations of monitoring results to assess the adequacy of the mitigation and conservation strategies or activities and to provide information to direct the adaptive management program. The monitoring program shall, to the extent practicable, also be used to meet the monitoring requirements of Section 21081.6 of the Public Resources Code. A monitoring program includes all of the following:

Monitoring program means a physician health program or vol- untary substance use disorder monitoring program, which complies with applicable state law and is approved by the board. Such programs over- see a veterinarian's compliance with program requirements and may pro- vide recommendations for approved evaluators or treatment providers.

Monitoring program means a program established or approved by the department in accordance with subdivision (f) of Section 2089.6.

Monitoring program means the Birth Defects Monitoring Program (BDMP) established within the Department.

Monitoring program means an approved voluntary sub- stance use disorder monitoring program or physician health monitoring program that the board has determined meets the requirements of the law and rules established by the board, according to the Washington Administrative Code, which enters into a contract with osteopathic physicians who have an impairing health condition. The substance moni- toring program oversees compliance of the osteopathic physician's re- covery activities as required by the board. Monitoring programs may provide either evaluation or treatment, or both to participating os- teopathic physicians.
