Cessation of Production. If Seller plans to permanently discontinue production of any of the supplies, parts, support services, etc. provided to BATTELLE, hereunder, at any time during the useful life of such items, Seller shall provide BATTELLE at least six (6) months advance written notice of such discontinuance and, during this time, agrees to accept BATTELLE orders for such items.

Cessation of Production. If production, manufacturing or availability of Material is to be permanently discontinued at any time within (one) 1 year after final delivery of the Material, Contractor shall give ComEd *** calendar days prior written notice of such discontinuance.

Cessation of Production. Seller shall give Buyer at least one hundred eighty (180) days prior written notice of the permanent discontinuance of production of items covered by Orders, provided however that compliance with this provision shall in no way relieve the Seller from its obligations under the Order.

Cessation of Production. In the event production of oil or gas from the Premises, once obtained, shall cease for any cause within sixty days before the expiration of the primary term of this Lease or at any time or times thereafter, this Lease shall not terminate (i) if Lessee commences additional drilling or reworking operations within sixty (60) days thereafter, and the Lease shall remain in full force and effect so long as operations continue in good faith and in workmanlike manner without interruptions totaling more than sixty (60) days during any one such operation; and if such drilling or reworking operations result in the production of oil or gas, the Lease shall remain in full force and effect so long as oil or gas is produced therefrom in paying quantities or payment of shut-in oil or gas well royalty or compensatory royalties is made as provided herein or (ii) if production in paying quantities is restored within sixty (60) days after such cessation.

Cessation of Production. In the event that the Supplier, its Affiliates and/or licensees decides to cease producing any Product, the Supplier shall notify the Purchaser of its intent to withdraw such Product at least [DELETED] before such withdrawal. The Supplier, its Affiliates and/or licensees will maintain the capability to supply agreed upon Products, including Spare Parts, for a period to be agreed by the Parties, but in no event less than [DELETED] after withdrawal of such Products. In addition, after discontinuing any Product, the Supplier, its Affiliates and/or licensees shall maintain a reasonable supply of warranty replacements therefor for the remainder of all applicable warranty periods and an adequate supply of Spare Parts for the reasonable expected useful life of such Product.

Cessation of Production. Lessee shall continuously operate groundwater supply ▇▇▇▇▇ on the Premises during the production phase of the Lease. The Lease shall terminate automatically if the Lessee is not continuously operating groundwater supply ▇▇▇▇▇ on the Premises, unless Lessee pays Lessor an annual Production Payment (as defined in Section 6.02) and, if applicable, an annual Delay Rental (as defined in Section 6.03). Lessee shall give written notice to Lessor within thirty (30) days of any cessation of production.

Cessation of Production. The production of Hydrocarbons from a Borrowing Base Asset ceases for a period in excess of 30 continuous days other than: as a result of planned maintenance which has been set out in the then-current Banking Case; (a) where the impact of the same is not reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect; (b) such cessation has been taken into account in the then-current Banking Case.
