Continuing Development. To secure continuing communication of individual development.
Continuing Development. The Company is in the development stage and has and continues to provide products to customers for testing. As the Company receives input from customers with respect to the operation of its products, including descriptions of issues, problems and complaints, the Company responds with improvements in its products and related services. That process is ongoing. While the issues, problems and complaints that customers have had with the Company's products during their various stages of development are not immaterial, the Company believes that it has responded appropriately with respect to these matters in the past and that it fully anticipates being able to respond appropriately with respect to such matters in the future as well.
Continuing Development. From the Effective Date, the Project Co shall, in conjunction with the Trust's Works Adviser, continue to develop the design of the Works in accordance with the Design Development Procedure. During the period from the Commencement Date to the Effective Date, the Project Co shall be entitled to develop the design of the Works in accordance with the Design Development Procedure, in which case, the Trust shall fully participate in the Design Development Procedure in accordance with its obligations in that respect.
Continuing Development. As part of their overall mutual development program, Alyn and Bolle shall each use all reasonable efforts and cooperation to develop techniques and processes for the design and production of Products that will improve Product performance, and any such development will be covered by and be subject to the terms, provisions, respective rights and obligations of this Agreement, without further consideration (except for the payment of the Purchase Price in accordance with, and compliance with the other terms and conditions of, this Agreement).
Continuing Development. A. Teachers will be given an opportunity to participate in the development of curriculum materials. Reimbursement for this service shall be in accordance with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, #▇ (Other). B. With the approval of the Superintendent, and not subject to the grievance procedure, the Board of Education will reimburse teachers for up to six (6) credit hours of course work per fiscal year. The Board must be given prior notice of intention to take credit courses by November 1 of the previous fiscal year. To be eligible for course credit reimbursement, a teacher must be on the MA or above salary schedule and obtain a B average or better in said course. Payment shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) per credit. C. Classroom teachers who successfully complete all requirements for National Board Certification shall be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses for application fees and related expenses in an amount not to exceed $2,000.

  • Continuing Professional Development If, during the life of the Agreement, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is introduced for plumbers, all time spent in complying with the CPD obligations will be the responsibility of each plumber.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.

  • Independent Development Receiving Party may currently or in the future be developing information internally, or receiving information internally, or receiving information from other parties that may be similar to the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information. Accordingly, nothing in this Agreement will be construed as a representation or inference that Receiving Party will not develop or have developed products or services, that, without violation of this Agreement, might compete with the products or systems contemplated by the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information.

  • Career Development The City and the Union agree that employee career growth can be beneficial to both the City and the affected employee. As such, consistent with training needs identified by the City and the financial resources appropriated therefore by the City, the City shall provide educational and training opportunities for employee career growth. Each employee shall be responsible for utilizing those training and educational opportunities made available by the City or other institutions for the self- development effort needed to achieve personal career goals.

  • Joint Development If joint development is involved, the Recipient agrees to follow the latest edition of FTA Circular 7050.1, “Federal Transit Administration Guidance on Joint Development.”
