Common use of Continuing Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Continuing Enrollment. Students who enroll in the School shall remain enrolled in the School through the highest grade served by the School, unless there is a voluntary withdrawal, expulsion, graduation, court-ordered placement, or IEP team placement.
