Curriculum, instructional program, and pupil performance standards. The School will have the authority and responsibility for designing and implementing its educational program, subject to the conditions of this Contract and in alignment with the Renewal Application. Material changes to the curriculum will be made only with the prior approval of the Institute. The educational program, pupil performance standards and curriculum designed and implemented by the School will meet or exceed any content standards adopted by the state, will be designed to enable each pupil to achieve such standards, and will be consistent with the School’s vision and mission. Any material changes to this provision may be made only with the approval of the Institute and the School Board of Directors.

The School shall have the authority and responsibility for designing and implementing its educational program, subject to the conditions of this Contract. The educational program, pupil performance standards and curriculum designed and implemented by the School, shall meet or exceed the Colorado Academic Standards, shall be designed to enable each pupil to achieve such standards, and shall be consistent with the School’s vision and mission. B. With respect to each subject area not tested under the State’s standardized testing program for which the District has developed embedded assessments designed to measure achievement of standards, the School shall notify the Charter School Administrator in writing prior to July 1 of the fiscal year following the fiscal year in which such embedded assessments were developed as to whether it will use the District’s embedded assessments or whether it will use its own embedded assessments. If the School intends to use its own embedded assessments, it shall submit its proposed assessment program for review with its written notice to the Charter School Administrator and may only implement and use its assessment program if approved, in writing, by the District. The School shall adhere to all District timelines for developing and administering assessments, if applicable, and may, upon written approval from the District, develop and implement a subsequent alternative assessment to a District embedded assessment.

The School may design, establish, and implement its own alternative requirements within criteria promulgated by CDE and in compliance with all state and federal educational criteria, guidelines, procedures, milestones, and/or other requirements in order to grant high school diplomas, alternative diplomas, or equivalent degrees to its students. 6.6.2. The School may continue to offer its general equivalency diploma ("GED") preparation program to its students in substantially the same manner, or in a manner to be determined by the School without interruption, conditions, or modifications by the District, so long as such GED preparation program is in compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.

  • Registry Performance Specifications Registry Performance Specifications for operation of the TLD will be as set forth in Specification 10 attached hereto (“Specification 10”). Registry Operator shall comply with such Performance Specifications and, for a period of at least one (1) year, shall keep technical and operational records sufficient to evidence compliance with such specifications for each calendar year during the Term.

  • Performance Standards The Contractor agrees to perform all tasks and provide deliverables as set forth in the Contract. The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.

  • Performance Orders A Performance Order: (a) is an order made under clause 13.3.3(b), relating to a Relevant Dispute, whether by way of interim or final relief; and (b) may be applied for by Network Rail or the Train Operator in the circumstances set out in clause 8.1, subject to the qualifications in clause 17.8, and an application for a Performance Order shall be without prejudice to any other remedy available to the claimant under this contract (whether final or interim and whether by way of appeal under the Network Code or otherwise).

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All Projects/Services shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the Director.
