Continuous Coverage Requirement Clause Samples

The Continuous Coverage Requirement clause mandates that a party, typically an insured or contractor, must maintain uninterrupted insurance coverage throughout the duration of a contract or project. This means that there can be no lapses or gaps in the required insurance policies, such as general liability or professional indemnity, from the start to the end of the contractual period. By enforcing this requirement, the clause ensures that all parties are consistently protected against potential risks and liabilities, thereby minimizing exposure to uncovered claims and maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.
