As a family maintains their continuous enrollment, each student’s information (i.e. address, phone, email, emergency contacts, and medical information) is continuous from grade to grade in the student information system. CCS will help to maintain the records by reminding parents to provide updated information, as necessary, using the Information Update link on the CCS website. Each January, CCS will publish the following school year’s tuition rates, the annual continuous enrollment payment amount, and information regarding tuition assistance. □(Please initial.) I/We agree that the term of my/our student’s enrollment begins with their initial enrollment and continues automatically through completion of grade 12. CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT PAYMENT: Once we transition into elementary school, I/we understand that the continuous enrollment payment will be billed to my/our RenWeb account each year by the first Friday of February and will be due by the first Friday of April. The continuous enrollment payment can be paid either by check or through Pay Now on the family’s RenWeb account. [CCS EMPLOYEES ONLY may choose a payroll deduction option during March and April.] If the payment is not paid by the April deadline, a late fee will be applied to each student’s account.
