Continuous Improvement Process. Supplier has implemented in its enterprise a structured continuous improvement process for all products, processes and/or services. Such process is also in place for all products and/or services supplied to KOH-I-▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ s.r.o., and is properly documented. Supplier proves the effectiveness of the continuous improvement process by the improving quality, price, supplier performance, flexibility and co-operation. If requested by KOH-I-▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ s.r.o. supplier must submit all records of programs and actions associated with the continuous improvement process.
