Contract Management Meeting Sample Clauses
A Contract Management Meeting clause establishes the requirement for regular meetings between the parties to discuss the administration and performance of the contract. These meetings may be scheduled at set intervals, such as monthly or quarterly, and typically involve reviewing progress, addressing issues, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The core function of this clause is to facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration, helping to identify and resolve problems early and ensuring the contract runs smoothly.
Contract Management Meeting. Unless the Contract Query Notice has been withdrawn, the Authority and the Provider must meet to discuss the Contract Query and any related Excusing Notice within 10 Business Days following the date of the Contract Query Notice.

28.2 At the Contract Management Meeting HEE and the Provider must ensure that HEE Representative and the Provider Representative are in attendance (including representatives from the quality, finance, and performance and operations department of HEE) and agree either:
28.2.1 that the Contract Performance Notice is withdrawn; or
28.2.2 to implement an appropriate Immediate Action Plan and/or Remedial Action Plan.
28.3 If HEE and the Provider cannot agree on either course of action, they must undertake a Joint Investigation.

If a Joint Investigation is to be undertaken: the Authority and the Provider must agree the terms of reference and timescale for the Joint Investigation (being no longer than 4 weeks) and the appropriate clinical and/or non-clinical representatives from each Party to participate in the Joint Investigation. the Authority and the Provider may agree an Immediate Action Plan to be implemented concurrently with the Joint Investigation.
Contract Management Meeting. 1If in the reasonable opinion of the Authority the Provider has failed to take the action required by a Service Failure Notice within the timescales specified in that notice, the Authority shall call a Contract Management Meeting to discuss the Service Failure and to agree a Remedial Action Plan.

5.2 The Parties shall ensure that their respective representatives at any Contract Management meeting have a sufficient level of seniority, responsibility, authority and availability to allow both parties to carry out its business.
