Common use of Contract Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Contract Negotiations. 1 1. The Union's Negotiating Team shall consist of not more than ten (10) 2 members, nine (9) of whom may be employees. County employees participating in such 3 negotiations will be allowed to do so without loss of pay. The Union and County may mutually 4 agree to a different number of negotiating team members, appointing an equal number of 5 representatives from labor and management. 6 2. Observers and/or working staff sponsored by the Union or County may be 7 in attendance with the negotiating teams.
