1. The base term for this Contract shall be for one (1) year, June 4, 2020 through June 3, 2021 and may be renewed for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
2. This Contract may be extended as provided in the RFP or by change order or amendment. The City shall give the Contractor reasonable written notice of intent to renew prior to the expiration date of the current Contract. In the absence of any notification to renew, the Contract shall automatically terminate on the expiration date specified in the Contract.
