CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS. This Contract shall commence after receipt of all necessary approvals, and shall become effective upon mailing of final Contract Award Notice by OGS in accordance with Appendix B § 38(i), Contract Creation/Execution. The Contract shall be in effect for a term of three (3) years. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed, under the same terms and conditions, for up to two (2) additional one (1) year period(s), not to exceed a total Contract term of five (5) years.
