Contract Duration and Annual Salary. 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of ▇▇▇▇ of Students, Associate Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2025. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual. In the event of conflict between Board Policy and this Contract, the Contract shall govern.
2. For the 2024-2025 contract year, the Administrator shall receive an annual salary of $142,518.00 subject to applicable deductions, to be paid in bi-weekly installments as full compensation for all rights granted and service performed under this Contract.

In the event of conflict between Board Policy and this Contract, the Contract shall govern.

The Executive Administrator Staff employee shall receive an annual salary of $136,067.03, subject to applicable deductions, to be paid in semi-monthly installments as full compensation for all rights granted and service performed under this Contract. Any salary increase will be based on an assessment of the Executive Administrator Staff employee’s performance based upon the Executive Administrator Staff employee’s annual performance evaluation.

The Board shall pay to the Administrator an annual salary of Fifty-four Thousand Five Hundred Three Dollars ($54,503) during the term of this contract, in equal installments in accordance with the rules of the Board governing payments of other certificated, professional staff members in the District. The Board shall pay to the Food Service Director an annual salary of Ninety-four Thousand Eighty-Nine Dollars & 20/100 ($94,089.20), in equal installments in accordance with the rules of the Board governing payments of other non-certificated, professional staff members in the District.

The Board shall pay to the Specialist an annual salary of Eighty-eight Thousand, Eight Hundred Seventy-eight Dollars ($88,878) during the term of this contract, in equal installments in accordance with the rules of the Board governing payments of other non-certificated, professional staff members in the District. The Specialist hereby accepts employment upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
