  • Duties and Position The Company hires the Employee in the capacity of General Manager. The Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at the Company's discretion from time to time.

  • Employment Duties and Responsibilities A) The Company shall employ the Executive, and the Executive shall serve the Company, as President and Chief Executive Officer, with such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to the Executive by the Board of Directors of the Company (“BOD”) and are typically associated with a position of that nature.   • Employment Duties and Term (a) Company hereby employs Employee as the Chief Marketing Officer, and Employee hereby accepts such employment with Company on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. In such capacity, Employee shall perform the duties appropriate to such office or position, and such other duties and responsibilities as are assigned to him from time to time by the Board of Directors of Company (the “Board”) or the President and CEO of the Company.   • Duties and Services Executive agrees to serve in the position(s) referred to in Section 2.2 and to perform diligently the duties and services appertaining to such offices, as well as such additional duties and services appropriate to such offices which the parties mutually may agree upon from time to time.
