Normal Work Year Clause Samples
The "Normal Work Year" clause defines the standard period during which employees are expected to perform their regular duties within an organization, typically aligning with the organization's fiscal or academic calendar. This clause outlines the start and end dates of the work year, specifies the number of working days, and may address holidays, breaks, or non-working periods included within that timeframe.
