UNIVERSITY HOLIDAYS Clause Samples

The UNIVERSITY HOLIDAYS clause defines the official days when the university is closed and regular operations are suspended. This typically includes national holidays, religious observances, and institution-specific breaks such as winter or spring holidays. By clearly listing these dates, the clause ensures that all parties are aware of non-working days, helping to prevent misunderstandings about deadlines, work schedules, or service availability during these periods.
