Contract Pricing Clause Samples
The Contract Pricing clause defines how the costs and payment terms for goods or services under the agreement are determined. It typically outlines whether prices are fixed, adjustable, or based on specific formulas, and may specify when and how payments are to be made, such as upon delivery or at set milestones. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of financial obligations, reducing the risk of disputes over payment amounts or timing.
