Contract Quality Assurance Sample Clauses

The Contract Quality Assurance clause establishes the standards and procedures that must be followed to ensure that all goods or services provided under the contract meet specified quality requirements. Typically, this clause outlines the methods for inspection, testing, and documentation, and may require the supplier to implement quality control systems or allow the buyer to conduct audits. Its core function is to ensure that deliverables consistently meet agreed-upon standards, thereby reducing the risk of defects, disputes, or non-compliance during the contract term.
