Common use of CONTRACT TASK ORDERS Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT TASK ORDERS. ‌ The Contractor shall perform Services under this Contract as specified in written Contract Task Orders (hereinafter referred to as “CTO”) issued by the Authority. The Authority shall not be obligated to pay costs in excess of the not-to-exceed price set forth in each CTO unless the Authority is notified in advance or concurrently of a substantive material change in scope, schedule or sequencing or unforeseen conditions and the Authority authorizes a revisions to the CTO preferably in advance of revised work starting. Authority must approve and notify Contractor.
