Contract time determination. The Engineer shall prepare a detailed graphic contract time estimate utilizing Primavera (P6) to determine the approximate time required for construction of the project in calendar and working days (based on the State standard definitions of calendar and working days) at the, 95% and Final PS&E milestone. The contract time estimate must follow the TCP sequence of construction and include average weather conditions, tasks, subtasks, critical dates, milestones, deliverables, production rates, review requirements, and adjacent construction projects in a format which depicts the interdependence of the various items.
