Common use of Contract Work Construed Clause in Contracts

Contract Work Construed. Contractor understands and agrees that the payment of the Maximum Contract Price is predicated on the Contractor’s completion of all Contract Work in a first-class workmanlike manner. Accordingly, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Contract Work shall be construed to include any and all items normally required to provide a complete and first-class job in every detail for maximum quality, serviceability and appearance.
