Contracting Entities Clause Samples
The 'Contracting Entities' clause defines which parties are legally bound by the contract and identifies the specific organizations or individuals entering into the agreement. This clause typically lists the full legal names, addresses, and sometimes the roles of each party involved, ensuring there is no ambiguity about who is responsible for fulfilling the contract's obligations. By clearly specifying the contracting entities, this clause prevents confusion or disputes over who is accountable under the contract, thereby ensuring clarity and enforceability.
