Contractor shall prepare and submit a proposal for the Task Order showing: (a) A work plan that includes the following: (i) a detailed description, by task, and, if applicable, subtask of the scope of Services to be performed under the task order; (ii) Contractor’s approach to perform the Services and complete the Task Order; and
