CONTRACTOR’S Customer Service. All service inquiries and complaints shall be directed to the CONTRACTOR. A representative of the CONTRACTOR shall be available to receive the complaints during normal business hours. All service complaints will be handled by the CONTRACTOR in a prompt and efficient manner. In the case of a dispute between the CONTRACTOR and a Service Recipient, the matter will be reviewed and a decision made by the Contract Administrator 18.01.1 The CONTRACTOR will utilize the Customer Service Log to maintain a record of all inquiries and complaints in a manner prescribed by the CITY. 18.01.2 For those complaints related to missed Collections that are received by 3:00 p.m. on a Work Day, the CONTRACTOR will return to the Service Unit address and Collect the missed materials before leaving the Service Area for the day.
