Contractor’s Submittals. Contractor shall submit with reasonable promptness consistent with the Project schedule and in orderly sequence all Shop Drawings, Samples, or other information required by the Contract Documents, or subsequently required by Change Order. Prior to submitting, Contractor shall review each submittal for general compliance with Contract Documents and approve submittals for review by A/E and Owner by an approval stamp affixed to each copy. Submittal data presented without Contractor’s stamp of approval will be returned without review or comment. Any delay resulting from Contractor’s failure to certify approval of the Submittal is Contractor’s responsibility. 8.3.1.1 Contractor shall within twenty-one (21) days of the effective date of the Notice To Proceed with construction, submit to ODR and A/E, a submittal schedule/register, organized by specification section, listing all items to be furnished for review and approval by A/E and Owner. The list shall include Shop Drawings, manufacturer’s literature, certificates of compliance, materials Samples, materials colors, guarantees, and all other items identified throughout the Specifications. 8.3.1.2 Contractor shall indicate the type of item, Contract requirements reference, and Contractor’s scheduled dates for submitting the item along with the requested dates for approval answers from A/E and Owner. The submittal register shall indicate the projected dates for procurement of all included items and shall be updated at least monthly with actual approval and procurement dates. Contractor’s Submittal Register must be reasonable in terms of the review time for complex submittals.
