Contractor’s Submittals. Contractor shall submit with reasonable promptness consistent with the Job Order schedule and in orderly sequence all Shop Drawings, Samples, or other information required by the Job Order Documents, or subsequently required by Change Order. Prior to submitting, Contractor shall review each submittal for general compliance with Job Order Documents and approve submittals for review by A/E and Owner by an approval stamp affixed to each copy. Submittal data presented without Contractor’s stamp of approval will be returned without review or comment. Any delay resulting from Contractor’s failure to certify approval of the Submittal is Contractor’s responsibility.
