CONTRACTS, CONTINUING CONTRACTS AND NON-RENEWALS. 12.01 All limited contract non-renewals will be in accordance with the provisions of this Article. It is the intention of the parties that these procedures shall supersede and take the place of those set forth in ORC 3319.11 and 3319.111.
