Depending upon the terms and conditions of the Prime Award, changes and modifications to this Agreement may require approval of the Prime Sponsor. Substantive modifications in any of the terms of this Agreement which require a specific written approval by the Prime Sponsor shall not be effective prior to receipt of the written acceptance or ratification by the Prime Sponsor to the change, modification, or amendment. Neither the University nor the Prime Sponsor is obligated to pay for additional costs authorized by formal change or modification until such change or modification is approved by both parties hereunder.

  • PROJECT OFFICER The performance of the Contractor is subject to the review and approval of the County Project Officer, who will be appointed by the Director of the Arlington County department or agency requesting the Work under this Contract.

  • EEO Officer The contractor will designate and make known to the contracting officers an EEO Officer who will have the responsibility for and must be capable of effectively administering and promoting an active EEO program and who must be assigned adequate authority and responsibility to do so.

  • Field Training Officer When a Public Safety Officer has been designated as a Field Training Officer for a new employee he/she will receive a five percent (5%) increase for all the hours they provide direct training/instruction.

  • Hearing Officer The Hearing Officer shall be jointly selected by the parties within thirty (30) days of the execution of this contract and shall serve for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of selection. At that time the parties may choose to re-appoint the Hearing Officer or select a different Hearing Officer who will also serve for a minimum of one (1) year from date of selection.
