The CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION clause defines the structure and responsibilities of the team or entity designated to oversee and coordinate the contractor's activities on a project. CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION. The Contractor shall ensure that the personnel and facilities necessary for the performance of the Contract are assigned and made available at the time and places necessary to meet the performance and schedule established by this Contract.
CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION. The Contractor shall establish a Program Management Organization (PMO) for this Contract to manage, coordinate, and control all program activities, including those of the subcontractors and suppliers. As a minimum, key personnel shall include the following:

  • Engagement of Independent Review Organization Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Indivior shall engage an entity (or entities), such as an accounting, auditing, or consulting firm (hereinafter “Independent Review Organization” or “IRO”), to perform the reviews listed in this Section III.E. The applicable requirements relating to the IRO are outlined in Appendix A to this CIA, which is incorporated by reference.

  • Labor-Management Cooperation When an Appointing Authority initiates a planning process or management study which is anticipated to result in layoff, the Appointing Authority will meet and confer with the Local Union during the decision planning phase and again during the implementation planning phase. The Appointing Authority and the Local Union shall enter into negotiations regarding a Memoranda of Understanding upon request of either party to modify this Agreement regarding the implementation plans which shall include, but are not limited to, the following: • Length of layoff notice; • Job and retraining opportunities; • Alternative placement methods; • Early retirement options pursuant to M.S. 43A.24, Subd. 2(i); • Bumping/vacancy options for part-time employees to preserve their insurance eligibility or contribution; and • Other methods of mitigating layoff or their effect on employees.

  • Independent Contractor; Authority Notwithstanding the Services provided by the Administrator pursuant to this Agreement, the Administrator shall be deemed to be an independent contractor with respect to the Services. The management, policies and operations of the Parties (including the ultimate approval of the making or disposition of the Painting by the Issuer or Masterworks Cayman, and the terms and conditions thereof) shall be the responsibility of the Parties other than the Administrator.

  • Management Grievance The Employer may initiate a grievance at Step 3 of the grievance procedure by the Employer or designate presenting the grievance to the President of the Union or designate. Time limits and process are identical to a union grievance.
