The Control Center clause establishes a centralized platform or interface through which users can manage, monitor, and configure various aspects of a service or system. Typically, this clause outlines the rights and responsibilities of users regarding access to the control center, such as updating account information, managing permissions, or overseeing system settings. Control Center. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lease Agreements and the Sale Agreement, Elgressy hereby undertakes to (i) enable the connection of each and every Customer's Product to its control center within thirty (30) days following such request from the Marketing Arm and through provision of the Products with the relevant functionality to allow such connection; (ii) to provide control, malfunction assessments and diagnosis in real time pursuant to the Elgressy SLA for a period equal to the term of each Lease Agreement.
Control Center. Without ALON’s prior written consent, the control center for the Refined Product Pipelines (the “Control Center”) shall not be moved from Big Spring, Texas. HEP shall, during the term of this Agreement, provide ALON such level of communications with respect to the Refined Product Pipelines and the Refined Product Terminals as has been historically provided and such additional communications services as ALON shall reasonably request so long as same does not impose a material burden on HEP. In addition, ALON shall retain access to the Control Center for purposes relating to any asset owned or operated by ALON pursuant to the Services Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, ALON shall not have access to any information pertaining to any other shippers, if any.
Control Center. The main control console shall control all hydraulic functions, including the manual or open loop granular control. Control levers shall be dual axis for plow raise, lower, and rotate. Hoist control shall have center lock safety lock. Plow and dump body controls shall be pneumatic feathering type controls and have lighted knobs identifying function and operation of plow and dump body. An air operated switch shall be used to turn on and off the direct liquid function. Four (4) solid state warning lights illuminated in red for low oil, hot oil, filter bypass and body up must be supplied. A buzzer shall also be incorporated for low oil and hot oil warnings. The console shall be pre-wired and air lines pre-plumbed with color coded wiring and air lines. Lengths of wire and air hoses are to be determined by the installer at the time of order. The console and spreader control shall have a dash key disconnect feature as to prevent the unit from being left on when the truck is not in use. All external electric connections shall be packed with Dielectric grease. All wiring shall be protected with plastic split looms. The console shall be bolted to the cab floor with a bottom reinforcing plate and all holes drilled through the cab for air lines and wiring shall have rubber grommets and be completely insulated and sealed. Ordering Agency reserves that right to modify the mounting of the Control Console to fit its particular needs. The electronic spreader control shall include proportional controls for Auger, Spinner and electric Pre-wet spreader functions and shall be integrated into small rugged control box. The controller shall include at least a three (3) inch diagonal color, touch screen with adjustable backlighting. The touchscreen shall be used for calibration only and shall not be needed during normal spreading operations. The controller will have push to blast and push to pass features without interrupting the power. Speedo interrupt shall be installed without unit modification. All controls will be pneumatic and/or electric depending on the manufactures design requirements.
Control Center. An Electric System’s designated operations manager responsible for, among other things, its Electric System switching operations.
Control Center. Mounted on the doghouse there shall be a black ABS driver / officer control center. This area shall include various controls and functions that must be available to the driver and officer. On the top of the control center there shall be an access panel for maintenance and troubleshooting of devices mounted on the control center. The switch panel shall be a Class 1 Smart Programmable Switch (SPS) panel installed as a multiplexed node to provide input and output information to the apparatus electrical system. The panel shall have ergonomic rubber molded rocker type switches with backlighting. The panel shall include one (1) function as a master control switch to allow for preselection of response mode functions. The remaining switches shall be programmed and labeled with the manufacturer standards as to the custom options selected for the vehicle. One (1) 40-V0-0502

  • Call Center Services Answer telephone inquiries during mutually agreed upon hours each day on which the Fund is open for trading. In the event that the Fund plans to be open on a business day when the New York Stock Exchange is to be closed, the Fund shall provide the Transfer Agent with reasonable advance notice and the parties shall discuss the call center resources available for such day. The Transfer Agent shall answer and respond to inquiries from existing Shareholders, prospective Shareholders of the Fund and broker-dealers on behalf of such Shareholders in accordance with the instructions provided by the Fund to the Transfer Agent for purpose of fulfilling its duties under this Agreement, including, accepting transaction requests on behalf of the Fund.

  • Security Systems The Service may not be compatible with security systems. You may be required to maintain a telephone connection through your local exchange carrier in order to use any alarm monitoring functions for any security system installed in your home or business. You are responsible for contacting the alarm monitoring company to test the compatibility of any alarm monitoring or security system with the Service.

  • Data Access Services State Street agrees to make available to the Fund the Data Access Services subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and such data access operating standards and procedures as may be issued by State Street from time to time. The Fund shall be able to access the System to (i) originate electronic instructions to State Street in order to (a) effect the transfer or movement of cash or securities held under custody by State Street or (b) transmit accounting or other information (the transactions described in (i)(a) and (i)(b) above are referred to herein as “Client Originated Electronic Financial Instructions”), and (ii) access data for the purpose of reporting and analysis, which shall all be deemed to be Data Access Services for purposes of this Addendum.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Infrastructure Modification of the location and/or sizing of the infrastructure for the Project that does not materially change the functionality of the infrastructure.
